Plasma & Light Sources

These plasma light source cathodes are for use in inert gases at atmospheric or higher pressures. We produce crystalline hafnium carbide material and shape to your specifications. HfC is an extremely robust material with a melting point almost 4,000 degrees C. These crystalline carbide sources can be mounted and held in a variety of manners. Inquire about you particular application and we can custom design a configuration to fit your needs!
